All items are shipped in protective packaging, and all duty of care is taken to ensure it gets to you intact and unmarked.

Orders to the USA and Canada typically arrive within 6–15 days. Orders to Europe usually arrive within 4–10 days, while orders to the rest of the world arrive within 5–15 days.

In the unlikely event the product arrives to you damaged, I will send a replacement free of charge. To arrange this please send me an email.

I only offer refunds if the product arrives damaged or is significantly delayed (postage delays which could be considered normal, or delays due to items being held up in customs will not be refunded). I may request return of the products so that we I dispose of them.
